Weekend Decision Program

Students attending a Transfer Information Session are offered the opportunity to participate in our weekend decision program. The program expedites the evaluation of your completed application where you will receive a decision within 3 days of the program you attend.

To participate in the program, please complete the following one week prior to the event date you are attending:

  • Register for a Transfer Information Session
  • Complete the Common Application
    • A letter of recommendation is optional
  • Submit a copy of your final high school transcript and official copies of your college transcript(s)
    • We require these to verify completion of geometry and algebra 2 with a C or better

Please note:

  • The application fee is waived for those who participate in the weekend decision program
  • Saint Mary’s does not require any additional reports i.e. midyear report, secondary report, instructor evaluation, etc.
  • You do not need to submit the Registrar Report. However, you do need to submit the name of the Registrar or an advisor in the “Assign Recommenders” section of the application. You do not need to include an email address as this will require that person to submit a Registrar Report on your behalf. Simply type their first and last name and push submit. If you do not have an advisor or a Registrar, you may just type in "Angelica Moore" without the email address.
